Services
BLD LVRG LLC provides marketing, borrower acquisition and follow-up services to private and hard money lenders funding business-purpose real estate loans. We are not a lender or a mortgage broker. We do not make lending decisions, and every loan decision stays with the lender.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings & Communications
Calls booked through our site are reserved until you confirm. Unconfirmed slots may be released to another lender. We may contact you by email, phone or text (if you opted in) about your booking.
Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment terms and guarantee terms are set out in your written client agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics and video, belongs to BLD LVRG LLC and may not be copied without written permission.
Disclaimers and Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is." Results depend on market conditions, the lender's capital, lending criteria and other factors outside our control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BLD LVRG LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States.
Changes
